Standalone bespoke podcast management (no wider content stack) is quoted per project on a discovery call.
What does a done-for-you podcast manager actually do?+
Everything except the recording. Editing, mastering, uploading to your host (Buzzsprout, Spotify for Podcasters, Podbean, Apple Podcasts), writing show notes, publishing to your site, coordinating guests, running QA before release, and reporting on performance every month.
Do you offer podcast management for coaches, consultants or authors?+
Yes. Most of our clients are UK coaches, consultants and authors. The Pro Plan is built around the "one weekly recording turns into 12 published outputs" pattern that these audiences convert on.
Can you manage a podcast I already publish (not a new launch)?+
Yes. We regularly take over existing shows. Handover is usually one call to grant access to your host and hand across your brand guidelines. Most shows are running fully by us within a week.
Do you work with Buzzsprout, Podbean, Spotify for Podcasters?+
Yes. We work with every major UK-relevant host. Buzzsprout is our most common host for coaches. If your host has an API or manual upload, we handle it.
How is podcast management different from podcast production?+
Production is one episode, one edit, one upload. Management is the whole ongoing operation: editing, publishing, guest booking, show notes, QA, scheduling, analytics, repurposing, month after month.
Is this UK-based?+
Yes. UK team, UK office hours, UK ears on every edit. We work with clients across the UK and, occasionally, internationally when the fit is right.
What is the turnaround?+
Standard turnaround is within 5 working days of your recording, so a Monday recording is live by end of the week. Rush turnaround (48 hours) is available on request.
