How much does podcast production cost in the UK?
Standalone podcast production starts at £120 per episode with Audio & Co in 2026. Complex interview shows, long-form episodes, or shows needing heavy cleanup cost more. We quote after a 30-minute discovery call so the price reflects your actual show, not a generic template.
What is the difference between podcast production and podcast management?
Podcast production is one-off work per episode: edit, mix, master, publish, done. Podcast management is the ongoing operation of the whole show including guest booking, scheduling, show notes, QA, analytics and repurposing. If you record weekly you probably need management, not just production.
Do you edit interviews as well as solo episodes?
Yes. We produce solo episodes, two-host shows, guest interviews, panel discussions and remote recordings. Guest interviews cost slightly more because they need level matching between speakers, cross-noise cleanup and careful edit points, but the process is the same.
What is the turnaround for a podcast production?
Standard turnaround is within 5 working days of receiving your recording. So a Monday recording is finished, mastered, show-noted and ready to publish by end of the same week. Rush turnaround (48 hours) is available on request at an additional cost.
Do you publish the episode too, or just edit?
Both are available. If you want us to also publish, we upload the finished episode to your host, add the show notes, schedule the release date, and confirm distribution to Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube Music. Publishing is included in most production packages.
