Guide
Content Repurposing for Small Business Owners.
Turn one 30-minute recording into a week of published content across podcast, YouTube, Shorts, blog and social, without a team, a producer or a Canva addiction.
Great content is not more content. It is one honest 30-minute recording, cut, wrapped and shipped across every place your customers already spend time. If you feel like you’re "posting all the time" and still not being found, you have a distribution problem, not a creation problem.
This is the playbook we use every week to turn a single recording into a fortnight of visibility.
The one-to-twelve rule.
Every 30-minute recording should become at least 12 published outputs: 1 podcast episode, 1 long-form YouTube video, 21 vertical Shorts (3/day), 7 YouTube Community posts, 1 blog post, 1 email/newsletter, 1 Authority Hub update. If you’re getting less than that, you’re under-repurposing.
Where most business owners go wrong.
They plan to repurpose but never do. Batching, templates, and a repeatable weekly rhythm are the only way to keep this going for 26 weeks. Without a system, three weeks of enthusiasm becomes 6 months of silence.
- They rely on inspiration instead of a repeatable slot
- They batch nothing, so every post is a fresh decision
- They copy-paste captions across platforms, so the reach dies
- They post without a home base (Authority Hub), so nothing compounds
What we do differently.
We handle the whole loop. You record once. We repurpose to a checklist that stays consistent for 26 weeks. Every asset is optimised for its channel and interlinked back to your owned domain.
